Fixed fares for airport transfers from Margate and west Thanet
There is no price list on this site, because each fare is worked out for your exact pickup address and airport. Enter both in the online booking system and it shows a fixed fare for the car straight away, before you pay anything.
Once you confirm, that fare holds whatever the traffic is doing on the A299, the M2 or the M25, and whether you leave at 3am or on a bank holiday.

Fixed before you book
Enter your Margate address and airport in the online booking system and the fixed fare for the car appears straight away. The fare is confirmed with your booking.
What never changes it
The fixed fare does not change for traffic, roadworks or a diversion, or for early mornings, late nights, weekends and bank holidays.
What can be added
Waiting beyond the free time; extra stops not in the booking; big route changes asked for during the journey; car parking fees or tolls on the journey, where they apply. We tell you before anything is added wherever we can.
Waiting at the airport
Free for 45 minutes for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights, counted from the actual landing time. After that, waiting is charged at our standard waiting rate, which we give you when you book or on request.
Flight tracking, meet and greet
We track your flight from take-off to landing and time the collection to the actual landing, at no extra charge. Included on every airport collection: your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board and helps with your luggage to the car.

Getting a fixed fare for a Margate address
Enter your street address or postcode in CT9, CT8 or CT7, the airport and terminal, the date, and how many passengers and large cases are travelling. Pick the car to suit the luggage: a saloon or an executive car seats up to 4, an estate takes 3 to 4 large cases, and an MPV carries up to 6 passengers with 4 or more cases.

From Margate
What can change the fare, and what cannot
The road cannot. There is no meter, and the fare does not move for traffic, roadworks or a diversion, or for early mornings, late nights, weekends and bank holidays.
What can be added: waiting beyond the free time (45 minutes after an international landing, 30 after a domestic one, 10 minutes at your address), stops that were not in the booking, big route changes asked for on the way, and car parking fees or tolls on the journey, where they apply.
Cancelling more than 24 hours before pickup costs nothing. Between 6 and 24 hours it can cost up to half the fare, and under 6 hours, or once the car has set off, the full fare may be charged.
From Margate
Pickups across CT9, CT8 and CT7
From Cliftonville and Palm Bay to Westgate-on-Sea, Birchington-on-Sea, Minnis Bay, Acol, Sarre and St Nicholas-at-Wade, the fare is quoted for the address you type in, so a village pickup gets its own exact figure rather than a zone estimate.
Staying in the Old Town or near the Harbour Arm? Add a note to the booking and the meeting point is agreed with you. Before early flights the car comes to the address itself, because Mill Lane multi-storey is shut from 7pm to 7am.
Margate, Westgate-on-Sea and Birchington-on-Sea stations can be booked as pickup points, and so can QEQM Hospital (CT9 4AN) at the end of a shift.
From Margate
Terminals, and the journey back to Margate
Gatwick has a North and a South Terminal, linked by a free shuttle that takes about two minutes; Heathrow uses Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Give the terminal when you book.
For the return, flight tracking times the collection to the actual landing at no extra charge, and the driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board. Back in Margate the car drops you at your address, or on Rendezvous by Turner Contemporary if it cannot stop outside.
